Stephen Braconi, is a business management graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Although Stephen started his business career specializing in "start-up ventures," he has always been a part of the Real Estate industry. Coming from a family heavily involved in real estate, Stephen is a third-generation businessman in the industry.

Since becoming a licensed agent in 2003, Stephen has remained a top producer with outstanding customer satisfaction throughout his career. While at Re/Max, Stephen received their prestigious "Top 10 Agent Award" which is given to the top 10 agents of Re/Max New Jersey each year, along with Re/Max's Platinum Level Award and RE/MAX Hall of Fame Inductee . Stephen is also is an award recipient of prestigious awards such as REAL Trends Top .1% Agents all Agencies Nationwide among others.

Stephen also specializes in consulting for investors and high profile clients, is the current CEO and President of a Real Estate investment firm, and has experience throughout many areas of the Real Estate industry. Alfredo Vastola Jr.-Team Manager/Sales Associate NY & NJ

By always keeping his clients and customers best interest in mind, Alfredo helps them achieve their real estate goals.  

With a background in ownership of a supply distribution company in New Jersey since 2005, Alfredo has a lot of experience in not only servicing his customers, but also running and managing an office and its employees efficiently. 

Additionally, he has been involved in Real Estate transactions as a managing member of a Real Estate Investment company since 2005. With a focus on property acquisitions for the rental market, Alfredo has managed several properties and turned each into positive cash flow investments. 

These experiences translate well into his career as a Real Estate Sales Associate as it is his ability to provide exceptional customer service, handle multiple transactions and clients at once, and maintain an organized transaction flow that will set him apart from other Real Estate professionals. Alfredo, who has a BS in marketing from Rutgers Business School, specializes in the Luxury Gold Coast market and is bilingual in English and Italian.

Born in Trenton and raised in Bergen County where Rich currently resides, a graduate of Don Bosco Prep and student at High Point University, most of his professional life has been a calling in Sales. Rich chose Real Estate as he enjoys helping clients navigate through the tough decisions of selling or buying a home. Always available to listen and find what his clients and their families need in their new home.


Ana Carolina Real-Matias-Sales Associate-NJ

Ana “Carolina” Real-Matias is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate in Northern New Jersey and is committed to servicing her clients – whether buying or selling – with the highest level of customer service. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS).

Prior to pursuing a profession in real estate, Carolina graduated from Parsons School of Design and worked in Fashion Merchandising. Her career in real estate was driven by her love of the area, the passion for working with others and helping her clients find their dream home. Christian Maier-Sales Associate-NJ

Christian, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, attained his real estate license in 2007 while still an undergrad at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He went on to graduate with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and later a MS in Engineering Management. Always having a great interest in real estate development and construction Christian started an engineering position at Turner Construction in Manhattan, a premiere construction management firm, where he gained great experience not only in the management of large construction projects but also knowledge of the materials, contractor relationships and equipment used in construction. Christian recently renovated a home in Paramus, acting as his own GC, and gained firsthand knowledge of increasing a property’s value from capital improvements, and a keen understanding of the Bergen County residential product. During all this time Christian was an active realtor in Hudson and Bergen counties, most recently in the Edgewater and Fort Lee areas, showing hundreds of residential units and homes. On his spare time Christian enjoys fishing, visiting museums, outdoor activities like hiking and biking and billiards.

Cynthia Rush-Sales Associate-NJ

For Cindi, “I don’t know,” is never an answer, unless it’s followed by, “... I’ll find out!” A Jersey Girl born and bred, Cindi sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Can’t get off that exit? Cindi knows if you go one further, not only is it actually faster, but the scenery is better. Born in Newark, raised in South Orange, with a 16-year stint in WestNew York, she can now be found residing just outside of Upper Montclair with her rescue kitty Oliver.

With her epic insider New Jersey knowledge, Cindi has a deep understanding of the various Jersey neighborhoods, their specific qualities, and living styles. She’s also well versed in navigating all the transportation you’d need to traverse the NJ terrain: from the trains and buses to the ferries and freeways.

As a casting director who runs her own firm, she’s helped major players in film and theatre for the past 26 years. She knows that true collaboration is necessary to find the best actor for the part or the right home at the best price possible for her real estate clients.
